Rucking

I pulled my GoRuck rucksack out of the closet, dusted off my weight plate, and started rucking again. Currently rucking ~3 miles with 20 lbs.

Playing Pickleball

I recently tried pickleball for the first time and immediately fell in love with it. The shallow learning curve means you’re having fun instantly. It didn’t take long before a group chat emerged to set up times to play with friends.

Working Out with The Pump App

Arnold has his own fitness app, The Pump. I signed up for a membership and have been following the workout program. Even though it’s all body-weight routines right now, it’s kicking my ass. Keep going.

Walking 8K Steps Every Day

In July I lost eight pounds. The two changes I made: eat only three meals, no snacking, and walk at least 8,000 steps every day. Recently hit a streak of 40 days!

Noting my Dreams

I started writing my dreams down every morning. I’m continuously surprised by the cast and themes. If I don’t write down my dreams immediately upon awakening, I forget them before I make it a few steps from my bed.

Drawing Cartoons of Old Men

I have an Instagram that is mostly cartoon drawings of old men. I draw cartoony old men because that’s what I like to draw. I post about once a month.

Hiking

Most of my Sundays include a hike. The trail I visit the most is 8.6 miles.
